Information on the processing of personal data
(Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196, 30 giugno2003)
Dear Customer,
as provided by 'Art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - Protection of personal data - to inform you that:
• the personal information you provide will be used within and for the achievement of the objectives related to ongoing contractual relationship, in particular the treatment will be finalized to comply with the related and subsequent conduct of all administrative, marketing, accounting and tax;
• the provision of data is optional, it is understood that the 'refusal to provide such data and the lack of consent to its processing, the' inability to fulfill its legal obligations and those arising under the contract;
• Data provided by you shall be treated "fairly and lawfully" as required by Article .11;
• will be handled with the aid of electronic instruments and / or automated, that are accessible only to authorized persons in full compliance with the provisions of the Privacy Code and in particular the Technical Regulations Concerning the Minimum Security Measures - Annex B of the Legislative Decree no. 196/2003;

- any parties outside our property, with which we have signed agreements on specific measures to be taken to ensure the security of data entrusted to them, in each case the data will be used exclusively for the pursuit of goals on set;

• anytime you may exercise your rights towards the data controller, under Article 7 of law 196/2003, which we reproduce below in full:
Right to access personal data and other rights
1. You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded and their communication in intelligible form.2. You have the right to obtain information:

b) the purposes and methods of treatment;
c) the logic applied in case of treatment with electronic instruments;

3. You have the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been disclosed, including their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. You have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes;
b) the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market surveys or commercial communication.
